Best Practices

Key initiatives, digital evaluation protocols, and student support frameworks adopted at Government Polytechnic Madhepura to ensure high academic standards.

Academic & Evaluation Guidelines

SBTE, Bihar ulizes digital evaluaon (OSM) to ensure transparency and speed.

For accurate scanning and grading, students must follow these guidelines:

Key Standards & Instructions
Use only Black or Blue Ballpoint Pens. Black is preferred as it provides the highest contrast for digital scanners. Avoid using gel pens or ink pens that may bleed through the paper.
Never write anything outside the provided margins or on the perforated edges of the answer booklet. The scanning soware may crop these areas.
Ensure the OMR sheet on the front page (Roll No, Registraon No, Subject Code) is bubbled correctly. Incorrect bubbling leads to "Result Pending" status.
Do not write names, slogans, or religious symbols anywhere inside the booklet. Stray marks interfere with the digital script allocaon system and may be flagged as malpracce.
Use a sharp dark pencil (HB or 2B) for diagrams to ensure visibility in the grayscale scan. Label all parts clearly within the text area.
