Government Polytechnic Madhepura

Government Polytechnic Madhepura (GPM), Madhepura was established in 2016 by the Department of Science, Technology & Technical Education, Government of Bihar to provide quality technical education in the State. The institute is located in Madhepura district of Bihar. The campus enjoys excellent connectivity. Spread across approximately 10 acres of land, the campus is secured with proper boundary walls and fencing, providing a safe and conducive learning environment. The institute commenced its first academic session in 2016 and currently offers diploma programs in five major engineering disciplines: Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, and Computer Science & Engineering. Government Polytechnic Madhepura is committed to imparting industry-responsive diploma level programs in engineering and technology to students admitted as per norms stipulated by the Government of Bihar. This institute is dedicated to being vibrant, keeping pace with technological developments, and expecting to achieve excellence in technical education for our students, who will be pillars of our nation. The institute has excellent, highly qualified faculties and well-equipped laboratories. The institute undertakes reform exercises through Continuing Education Programs, Faculty Development Programs, Seminars, Workshops, Testing and Consultancy Services, etc. We at GPM are inspired by the vision of the institute to develop competent technical manpower to cater to the industrial and societal needs of India through effective curriculum implementation, industrial interactions, and lifelong learning.
